the staff was attentive, they greeted me with a warm smile. i loved the delicious breakfast, and it presented such a wide variety of foods. also, location was great for a tranquil walk to the alhambra.
the rooms hallways did appear a bit worn, and a refresh would do them well. during breakfast, i experienced some difficulty with the coffee machine, and a little assistance would have been kind. the limited seating by the pool, was less than i expected.

the hotel's proximity to the alhambra really impressed me it was an easy walk to the puerta de la justicia. i found the room comfortable modern plus luxurious i enjoyed the view of the alhambra wall. the staff were friendly and helpful too they arranged a taxi into central for me.
i noticed limited towels provided by the pool on my first day but they were available the following day so it was easily resolved. i think the pool cleanliness needs improvement as i saw some debris at the bottom. the a/c didn't work.

the staff was friendly and accommodating to every request i had and responded quickly. when i asked the front desk for a taxi to the city center they arranged it quickly and efficiently. staff ensured a smooth and enjoyable visit.

the rooftop pool provided a spot to relax with a cafe and bar offering snacks. the gym includes equipment for exercise with treadmills and stationary bikes available. i found useful convenient services such as valet parking which simplified arrival and departure.

the breakfast buffet was extensive. the staff were helpful and efficient. i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere!!! it was perfect after a long day.
the pool was really dirty with so much stuff at the bottom. there were no towels by the pool on my first day. the room was too hot, and the a/c didn't do much

The hotel location was very convinient near the palace. The king size bed in the Beautiful Double or Twin Room was very comfortable. I did appreciate the steamer instead of an iron. The shower was really great and clean.
I found there was no service by the pool. There also wasn't enough seating near the pool for a hotel with a lot of rooms. The pool water was salty. I think the dirt around the showers wasn't what I expect of a five star hotel.

the location near alhambra was acceptable.
i found a couple of issues. the room service gave me wrong information about the availability of service after 11 pm.. this led to me not eating that night. also, food delivery apps did not serve this hotel.
